Our Spirits

Our Spirits

Bold and seductive gin expertly distilled with native Tasmanian botanicals.

Dunalley Bay Distillery specialises in blending handcrafted gin using Tasmania’s seasonal fruits, herbs, flowers and botanicals to create a bold and seductive experience you won’t soon forget. We’re passionate about the provenance of the locally foraged ingredients we use to make our gin, ensuring flavour, integrity and a connection to the land in every bottle.

Whether you’re sipping, mixing, or innovating the next generation of cocktails, Dunalley Bay Distillery is where botanicals meet the bay.

Rosie and Hip

This lilac beauty might look innocent, but she knows how to seduce with her smooth and mesmerising charm. The leafy floral hints of rosemary and juniper mingle elegantly with rosehip’s subtle sweetness and spice to produce an enchanting yet sophisticated new gin experience.

Boney Dry

Every gin distillery needs an absolute classic, and Boney Dry is ours. This stylish number honours those who came before us, adding a unique Australian twist with local botanicals including Kakadu plum, lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, mountain pepperleaf, wattle seed, cinnamon myrtle, celery top pine, and quandong.

Blue Blue

When the mood calls for a little mystery and magic, look no further than our artisan Blue Blue gin. This sophisticated spirit transforms from blue to pink with a splash of tonic right before your eyes!

The buoyant hue come from the butterfly pea flower which is coupled with tantalising citrus peel then delicately balanced with star anise, coriander seeds, juniper, cardamon, and orris root.
